1. Non-Returnable Food Items (Core Rule for Perishables)

All food, snacks, perishable, refrigerated, frozen, unpackaged edible goods are final sale and non-refundable, non-returnable for safety & health reasons per FDA & Colorado food retail regulations. Once shipped, we cannot accept food product returns, exchanges or restock edible items.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios Only

We only issue full refund or free reship if you meet ALL below requirements within 7 calendar days after delivery:

  1. Provide clear photos of damaged packaging, spoiled food, shipping label & order number
  2. Spoilage/damage caused by carrier mishandling, temperature breakdown during transit, or our packaging error
  3. Contact support via liamfirebladert@gmail.com with subject: Damaged Food + Order #XXXX

3. Refund Exclusions

  • Customer missed delivery, refused package, provided invalid shipping address
  • Order placed after daily cutoff, delayed transit due to weekends/holidays
  • Minor cosmetic outer box damage with intact food inside
  • Buyer remorse, changed taste preference, over-ordering, expired after customer storage

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping surcharges, expedited delivery fees are non-refundable unless fault of our store.

5. Cancellation Rule

Orders may be fully canceled only if request sent before our daily 2PM MST cutoff. Any food order processed, packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
