Shipping Policy

We ship food products to contiguous United States only; Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations are unavailable.

1. Order Cutoff & Fulfillment

Daily order cutoff: 2:00 PM MST (Colorado Mountain Time). Orders submitted after cutoff ship next business day. No fulfillment on Saturday, Sunday & U.S. federal holidays to avoid perishable spoilage.

2. Shipping Class Split by Product Type

  1. Shelf-Stable Dry Food (Snacks, Pantry, Candies)
    • Standard Ground: 5–8 business days, flat shipping rate
    • Expedited 2-Day: optional upgrade for faster delivery
  2. Refrigerated / Frozen Perishables
    • Standard ground shipping NOT available (temperature safety risk)
    • Mandatory 2-Day or Overnight Express shipping with insulated cooler + ice packs
    • We block Friday fulfillment for frozen goods to prevent weekend transit spoilage

3. Delivery Responsibility

  • Carrier delivers to front door; tracking number sent via email once label generates.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery date, as delays may occur via USPS, FedEx, UPS due to weather, logistics overload.
  • If package marked delivered but not received, you must file carrier missing package claim first before contacting our support.

4. Shipping Fee Rules

  • Shipping cost calculated by cart weight, product temperature requirement & delivery zone.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to shelf-stable orders over threshold; cold-chain perishables always carry insulated packaging surcharge.
  • Return shipping label will only be provided if spoilage verified as our fault; all customer-initiated return shipping fees are buyer’s cost.

5. Spoilage Claim Window

You must submit damage/spoilage request within 7 days post-delivery, attached with photo evidence. Claims filed beyond this window will be rejected per food safety protocol.
